Financial Information Estimated Cost: Approximately $1,100. Fee may vary if there are significant changes in the exchange rate of the currency or prices due to inflation in Argentina. Program fee: This fee includes housing at hotels, some meals, transportation from Mendoza to Salta, airfare back to Buenos Aires, ground transportation in van or bus, excursions and health Insurance. International airfare and tuition are not included. Non-resident students pay tuition at resident's cost. Non-USG (University System of Georgia) students pay an additional fee.

Scholarships and Financial Aid: If you qualify for the HOPE scholarship, HOPE funds can be used to pay tuition and a book allowance for the Study Abroad Program. Other scholarships may be available. Please find more information about scholarships and financial aid at the Office of International Education Financial Aid site. You can also make an appointment with a Study Abroad Advisor and search their database. Some key terms that apply to our program and can be used in your search using the Office of International Education database include: 'science courses', 'language courses', 'field program', 'non-traditional country'.

Qualifications: Preference is given to students previously enrolled in the Pampas to the Andes program. Physical fitness to work at altitudes of 15,000 feet required. Also open to non-University System of Georgia students.
